We accept payment that is securely processed by Paypal, and secure processing of credit card payments by Worldpay.

We only source directly from Korean distributors.


  • What do I do if I have an issue with my order?

  • What if I want to return my parcel?

Please email info@koreanbeebeauty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original packing. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.


  • Damaged Goods?

If your goods arrive damaged, please email admin@koreanbeebeauty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will pay the return postage when we receive the items.


  • Is the date on my product the expiration date or the manufacturing date?

Most of our products have the manufacturing date on them, due to this being common with Korean cosmetics. If you are unsure about the date on your product, please contact us.


  • What if I want to cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible.
